Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years old
Legally authorized to work in the US
Able to stand for long periods
Pass airport and TSA background checks
Flexible availability for early, late, weekend, and holiday shifts
Experience in premium customer service role

Job Qualifications

At least 2 years in a premium customer service role such as 4 or 5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, or fine dining
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Knowledge of airline premium products is an advantage
High level of professionalism and hospitality
