Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years old
legally authorized to work in the us
pass all airport and tsa background checks
able to stand for long periods
availability for flexible, shift-based schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

two plus years in a premium customer service role such as a 4 or 5-star hotel concierge, premium airline lounge, or fine dining
exceptional communication skills
ability to stand for long periods
knowledge of premium hospitality services
experience handling customer inquiries and re-bookings
professionalism in guest-facing roles
