Job Requirements
- One year of cocktail serving experience in a high-volume lounge or bar
- Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine
- Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong cash handling and self-banking skills
- Ability to carry trays weighing up to 25 pounds
- Excellent communication skills
- TIPS certification preferred
- Must adhere to the Local 122 Collective Bargaining Agreement regulations
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Job Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining engaging service
- Strong cash handling and self-banking skills with the ability to balance funds accurately
- TIPS certification preferred
- bartending certification a plus
- Ability to carry trays weighing up to 25 pounds and navigate through a crowded lounge
Job Duties
- Greet guests with warmth, explain specials and promotions, and assist with recommendations of beverages and food options
- Take accurate orders, input them into the POS system, and coordinate with bartenders to ensure timely service
- Serve beverages with appropriate garnishes and snacks while maintaining accuracy and presentation standards
- Check back with guests frequently to ensure satisfaction and anticipate their needs
- Present checks promptly, handle cash and card transactions with accuracy, and properly balance self-banked funds
- Maintain cleanliness of service stations, tables, chairs, and lounge areas throughout the shift
- Restock and organize supplies including glassware, napkins, straws, and condiments
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Adhere to all state, federal, and corporate liquor laws and regulations, ensuring responsible service of alcohol
- Support team members and bartenders to ensure seamless lounge operations
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the lounge and hotel
