The Pfister is currently seeking a Cocktail Server to join its prestigious Lobby Lounge team on a part-time, hourly basis. As a Lobby Lounge Cocktail Server, your role will be pivotal in creating memorable guest experiences by providing timely, friendly, and attentive service. You will be responsible for greeting guests warmly, guiding them through the beverage and food selection with knowledgeable recommendations, and efficiently processing orders using the POS system. Coordination with bartenders to ensure prompt drink preparation and service is essential, as is maintaining strict adherence to all liquor laws and corporate standards.

Job Requirements
- One year of cocktail serving experience in a high-volume lounge or bar
- Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine
- Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong cash handling and self-banking skills
- Ability to carry trays weighing up to 25 pounds
- Excellent communication skills
- TIPS certification preferred
- Must adhere to the Local 122 Collective Bargaining Agreement regulations
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests with warmth, explain specials and promotions, and assist with recommendations of beverages and food options
- Take accurate orders, input them into the POS system, and coordinate with bartenders to ensure timely service
- Serve beverages with appropriate garnishes and snacks while maintaining accuracy and presentation standards
- Check back with guests frequently to ensure satisfaction and anticipate their needs
- Present checks promptly, handle cash and card transactions with accuracy, and properly balance self-banked funds
- Maintain cleanliness of service stations, tables, chairs, and lounge areas throughout the shift
- Restock and organize supplies including glassware, napkins, straws, and condiments
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Adhere to all state, federal, and corporate liquor laws and regulations, ensuring responsible service of alcohol
- Support team members and bartenders to ensure seamless lounge operations
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the lounge and hotel
