Applicants for this position must have at least one year of bartending experience and possess certifications such as TABC and Food Handler certification, which are essential to meet regulatory requirements. The ability to work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends, is necessary given the dynamic operation of the hospitality environment. The role also involves cashiering duties, which require comfort and proficiency with computer systems. Physical stamina is important since the Bartender must be able to stand or walk for at least eight hours and handle lifting or carrying items weighing up to 30 pounds.
