The company prides itself on fostering an inclusive work environment where diversity and equal opportunity are prioritized, ensuring all employees have the support and resources they need to thrive.

The Lounge Bartender role at Crestline Hotels & Resorts is a critical position within the Food and Beverage Department, designed for dynamic individuals passionate about delivering outstanding guest service. The Lounge Bartender is entrusted with maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the work area and equipment, guaranteeing a hygienic and inviting environment for guests. Comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages is essential to guide guests in their selections effectively. Regulatory compliance is a priority, with strict adherence to state liquor laws related to serving minors, intoxicated persons, and responsible alcohol service.

Other responsibilities include managing the cash bank securely, processing guest payments accurately, utilizing point of sale (POS) and manual systems efficiently, and engaging guests with courteous service that encourages up-selling and enhances their overall experience. The role also requires diligence in completing closing reports, documenting maintenance needs, and following OSHA guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals. Candidates should possess strong English communication skills and be knowledgeable about the local area to create a welcoming atmosphere and foster guest engagement.
