The Lou/Na Concierge position at Grand Hyatt Nashville plays a crucial role in shaping the initial dining experience for guests. Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival, escort them to tables, and provide menus
  • Schedule dining reservations, arrange parties, and coordinate special services for diners
  • Adjust and resolve guest complaints as directed by a supervisor
  • Assign and coordinate tasks for dining room staff to ensure prompt, courteous, and fair service
  • Inspect serving stations for neatness and cleanliness
  • requisition linens and supplies as needed
  • Ensure menus are clean, organized, and presentable
  • Notify servers of new tables and communicate with line cooks on large party arrivals
  • Train and mentor dining room employees as needed, including scheduling work hours and maintaining time records
  • Assist in planning menus, preparing beverages, and expediting food orders when necessary
  • Handle end-of-shift responsibilities such as totaling receipts, clearing the register, and collecting payments
  • Other duties as assigned
