This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 annually, with a potential bonus of up to $15,000 per year. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Experience leading a culinary team in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Demonstrated creativity and passion for cooking
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive chef or similar leadership role in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong knowledge of French and American culinary techniques
- Ability to create innovative and seasonal menus
