Campers Inn RV is currently seeking a Lot Porter/Forklift Driver to join their dynamic team. This position is essential for maintaining the safety, appearance, and operational flow of the dealership's RV lots. The role involves driving and towing RVs, utilizing forklifts (depending on location), and ensuring that RVs are presented in a sale-ready condition. As part of the team, the Lot Porter/Forklift Driver is responsible for transporting RVs to various service locations, keeping lots neat and orderly, assisting with pre-delivery inspections, and maintaining the overall dealership premises. The position is safety-sensitive and requires attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to drive and tow various sizes of RVs
- Ability to operate a forklift (location dependent)
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing ladders
- Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment
- Ability to maintain attention to detail and multi-task effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- A minimum of one year detailing experience preferred
- Experience in RV or automotive dealership environment preferred
- Forklift experience and certification preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Pride in workmanship and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to drive a tractor and towing vehicles
- Ability to navigate risks working with machines, tools, and RVs
- Ability to move RVs of varying sizes
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving climbing, lifting, pushing, and reaching above shoulders
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Drive and tow RVs to and from service bays, stores, gas stations, and repair facilities
- Use forklift to move RVs and other materials as needed (varies by location)
- Maintain neatness and orderliness of new and used vehicle lots according to dealership standards
- Inspect showroom and service entrance doors daily and clean as necessary
- Keep RV units in sale-ready condition
- Maintain dealership premises under supervisor or manager direction
- Assist with pre-delivery inspections
- Fill vehicles with gas
