At Campers Inn RV, employees are offered ongoing career development opportunities which include specialized training, certifications, and assistance with continuing education. The company supports its full-time employees (working 30 or more hours per week) with a comprehensive health and welfare plan that covers major medical insurance, dental and vision insurance, life insurance options, an employee assistance program, paid time off, and a qualified retirement plan with an employer match. The company is committed to providing fair and competitive compensation to foster a motivated and dedicated workforce.
