The role currently available involves working closely with the RV and camper sales and service departments, focusing on operational support and customer assistance. This position is responsible for handling critical tasks such as moving trailers and motorhomes in and out of service areas using equipment like forklifts or tractors, delivering campers to customers or campsites, and maintaining the lot’s organization and cleanliness. A significant part of the role includes ensuring all available inventory is properly displayed to enhance customer experience and support sales objectives. Employees will also be involved in washing and detailing campers, towing trailers between sites, and assisting sales and service teams. Customer interaction is a key element, including helping customers with hitching and unhitching their campers and demonstrating the ability to back up trailers confidently. This multifaceted role requires a motivated individual who can perform various tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and customer care. The position entails physical work, attention to detail, and the ability to operate specialized equipment safely.
