The company operates renowned brands such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car through a global network of independent regional subsidiaries. Enterprise Mobility offers comprehensive mobility solutions including car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, and travel management services designed to make travel easier and more convenient for its customers. Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, the company manages a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles across more than 9,500 neighborhood and airport rental locations spanning over 90 countries and territories. Enterprise Mobility prides itself on its employee-centric culture, providing continuous training, development, and diverse career opportunities to help employees thrive in the evolving mobility industry. The company strives to be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, focusing on delivering quality and convenience at every customer touchpoint.

The Sacramento Airport location of Enterprise Mobility is currently hiring a Lot Attendant, also referred to as a lot driver. This role is critical in ensuring that vehicles are properly moved and positioned between multiple designated locations across Enterprise’s various properties. The main responsibilities include transporting rental cars from the return location to cleaning and servicing areas, moving serviced vehicles to the ready line for customer pick-up, and relocating vehicles within the lot as needed. The lot attendant plays an essential part in maintaining the company’s high standards by ensuring that vehicles are available, clean, and ready for customers promptly. This job is non-CDL, local driving focused, and offers a unique chance to drive multiple new model cars daily. It requires a valid California driver’s license and availability to work multiple shifts including weekends. The position offers competitive hourly pay starting at $17.60 per hour along with a variety of benefits, such as paid time off, employee rental car discounts, retirement savings plans including a 401k with matching profit sharing, and comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage. The role may involve communication via 2-way radio or cellular phone and occasional rides or follow-ups with other drivers for vehicle drop-off or pick-up. Enterprise Mobility encourages diversity and is an equal opportunity employer, welcoming qualified applicants regardless of their background or history.
