The role of Service Lane Attendant at Tom Wood Jaguar, Land Rover, and Volvo is a critical part of the dealership's customer service team. This position involves being the first point of contact for customers arriving in the service lane, requiring a friendly and professional demeanor to create a positive and welcoming environment. The Service Lane Attendant supports the overall service department by managing vehicle logistics efficiently including parking, retrieving, and organizing vehicles safely and neatly. Beyond customer interaction, this role ensures the service area and lot are maintained clean, safe, and organized to facilitate smooth daily operations.

In addition to direct customer service and support tasks, the Service Lane Attendant participates in vehicle preparation and assists with other operational duties as needed.
