must be at least 19 years of age
must possess a valid state driver’s license not expired or suspended and with no pending failures to appear
no major or capital violations on driving record
no more than one at fault accident in the last three years
no more than two moving violations in the last three years
ability to pass background and drug testing
ability to stand for long periods of time
high school diploma or GED required
