Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Availability to work flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays

- Highly-organized with a keen sense for details
- Great listening and communication skills
- Ability to handle lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting while handling product or using various equipment
- Ability to shine in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Ferry shopping carts from outside the store back to the store interior
- Coordinate and collect trash from the parking lot, lawn, and inside store areas
- Safely use snow removal equipment for properly removing snow
- Handle perishable and salvage returns
- Perform basic store and restroom cleaning
- Work with service desk, store entrance, check lanes, and parking lot areas
- Support various departments including Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion and Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral
- Perform other duties as assigned or required
