Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in boat maintenance or similar field preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
- Strong physical ability for manual tasks
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work cohesively with sales and service teams
- Reliable and punctual

- Previous experience in boat maintenance or marine retail preferred
- Strong attention to detail

- Basic knowledge of safety standards and procedures

Job Duties
- Maintain displayed inventory - new and used
- Make sure display areas are neat and uncluttered
- Conduct daily check on pre-owned inventory
- Finalize prep and clean boats for delivery
- Report directly to the Sales Manager
- Maintain a close working relationship with the Sales Coordinator and Service Writer
- Prepare prep work right the first time
- Complete assigned task within specified time
- Advise sales or service of any items that may present a problem upon delivery
- Follow safety rules and regulations
- Keep work area neat and organized at all times
- Help maintain a professional display of inventory
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Accurately indicate work completed and report any items that need further service or clean up
