The individual will report directly to the Sales Manager and work closely with the Sales Coordinator and Service Writer to manage inventory display areas and address any issues that could affect the delivery process. In addition to routine daily inspections and cleaning, the Boat Display and Prep Specialist must ensure that all prep work is completed correctly the first time and within specified timeframes. Job Duties
- Maintain displayed inventory - new and used
- Make sure display areas are neat and uncluttered
- Conduct daily check on pre-owned inventory
- Finalize prep and clean boats for delivery
- Report directly to the Sales Manager
- Maintain a close working relationship with the Sales Coordinator and Service Writer
- Prepare prep work right the first time
- Complete assigned task within specified time
- Advise sales or service of any items that may present a problem upon delivery
