This role includes tasks ranging from cart retrieval to maintaining cleanliness and assisting various store departments. Courtesy Team Members at Meijer are responsible for maintaining tidiness inside and outside the store by collecting carts, coordinating trash removal from the parking lot and store premises, and using snow removal equipment safely during winter months. Additionally, they support perishable and salvage returns and perform cleaning duties throughout the store, including restrooms. As a dynamic team member, the role requires cooperation with several departments such as Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal, and Floral.
