Job Requirements

  • For Bakery: 1 year or more of experience as a Baker
  • For Meat: experience processing different cuts of meat and using grinders, saws, and other meat tools

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience leading others
  • Willingness to obtain required certifications
  • Experience ensuring seamless customer shopping experiences
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new skills and experiences
  • For Bakery: at least 1 year of baking experience
  • For Meat: knowledge of various meat cuts and experience with meat processing tools

  • Ensure the day-to-day operations and sales of the department run smoothly
  • Lead and engage the department team effectively
  • Support team members' growth and development
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to customers daily
  • Manage resources and time efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain certification requirements for the department as applicable
