As a valet parking attendant at Next Level Valet Parking, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for providing outstanding service to clients across multiple locations in Dallas, including Hickory Creek, Westlake, Plano, and downtown Dallas. The role requires motivated, ambitious, and hardworking individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Valets are essential in offering a seamless and enjoyable parking experience by welcoming guests warmly, efficiently managing vehicle parking, and maintaining the parking area in pristine condition.

This is a full-time or part-time position offering a competitive hourly pay ranging from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, plus tips, with guaranteed overtime pay. Shifts are flexible and include morning, afternoon, evening, and night shifts as well as weekend opportunities. The job requires relocating before starting work since it is an in-person position. Valet attendants must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to handle both automatic and manual transmissions with ease.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 19 years
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to relocate before starting work
  • Ability to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends
  • Previous customer service experience preferred

  • Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Escort guests to their vehicles and assist with vehicle parking
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area
  • Manage the safe operation of vehicles including handling various transmission types
  • Provide parking information and answer guest inquiries
  • Ensure prompt and efficient vehicle retrieval
  • Uphold company core values in all customer interactions
