Job Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in logistics or freight forwarding industry
- strong communication skills both verbal and written
- familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- proven sales track record
- ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- full-time availability Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with one hour lunch break
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years of sales experience preferably in transportation, logistics, or freight
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- familiarity with industry CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- team-oriented with a customer-first mindset
Job Duties
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients via phone and online platforms
- Develop leads and qualify prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, in-person visit, and CRM tools
- Provide pricing, quotes, and solutions tailored to customer needs
- Collaborate with operations to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system such as Salesforce and HubSpot
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Work with team to support lead-generation initiatives
