The role of Server at Long Beach Amphitheater is an exceptional opportunity for candidates passionate about hospitality and guest service within a dynamic event environment. This position operates within the Clubs, Suites, or In-Seat service environments, requiring a blend of teamwork, attentiveness, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced setting. The Server is entrusted with providing superior guest experiences by exceeding expectations in food and beverage service while maintaining professionalism and a welcoming demeanor.
As a Server, you will engage directly with guests ensuring satisfaction, assist in the seamless delivery of food and beverages including wines, draft and bottled beers, and support a collaborative environment working alongside fellow associates and different service departments within the stadium. Duties extend beyond serving to include table clearing, cleaning, running food, and performing opening and closing tasks essential for smooth operations. Familiarity with all food, beverage, and retail outlets in the stadium is also imperative, allowing you to assist guests comprehensively with their needs.
This role requires adherence to a collective bargaining agreement with Unite Here Local 11, making union membership a condition of employment. The position demands flexibility to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as per event scheduling. Candidates should possess physical endurance to handle tasks involving lifting, reaching, bending, and other valid operational movements for extended periods.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred
- Must have two (2) to three (3) years working in a fast paced high-end club, or restaurant
- Ability to interact with guests in order to assure guest satisfaction
- Ability to work all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to read, speak and write English language in order to communicate with guests
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
Job Qualifications
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards
- Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting
- Must be able to read, speak and write English language in order to communicate with guests
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Ability to interact with guests in order to assure guest satisfaction
- Provide our guests with personal service and attention to detail that will exceed their expectations
- Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer
- Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within stadium
- Support the service staff by clearing/cleaning tables and running food
- Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
- Must be knowledgeable of other food, beverage and retail outlets within the stadium
