Job Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Minimum of three years' relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or a similar field
  • At least two years of management experience
  • Proven knowledge of Transportation and Warehouse Logistics operations
  • Strong knowledge of safety and security requirements
  • Ability to build and manage effective teams
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate others
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Bilingual skills in English and French (for applicable locations)
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word required)

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred
  • Minimum of three years' relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or a similar field
  • At least two years of management experience leading direct reports
  • Proven knowledge of Transportation and Warehouse Logistics operations
  • Strong knowledge of safety and security requirements

Job Duties

  • Manage both salaried and hourly employees, addressing performance issues and ensuring adherence to all policies
  • Work collaboratively with senior management and clients to understand and fulfill their needs and expectations
  • Oversee employee payroll processes
  • Analyze P&L statements regularly to monitor profitability and prepare operational reports for senior management
  • Handle accounts payable, vendor quotes for materials, and customer invoicing processes
  • Conduct Safety & Security meetings, deliver safety training, and maintain compliance with safety regulations
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed
  • Be available to work flexible schedules across various shifts
