Job Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required
- Minimum of three years' relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or a similar field
- At least two years of management experience
- Proven knowledge of Transportation and Warehouse Logistics operations
- Strong knowledge of safety and security requirements
- Ability to build and manage effective teams
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate others
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Bilingual skills in English and French (for applicable locations)
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Outstanding organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & Word required)
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred
- Minimum of three years' relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or a similar field
- At least two years of management experience leading direct reports
- Proven knowledge of Transportation and Warehouse Logistics operations
- Strong knowledge of safety and security requirements
Job Duties
- Manage both salaried and hourly employees, addressing performance issues and ensuring adherence to all policies
- Work collaboratively with senior management and clients to understand and fulfill their needs and expectations
- Oversee employee payroll processes
- Analyze P&L statements regularly to monitor profitability and prepare operational reports for senior management
- Handle accounts payable, vendor quotes for materials, and customer invoicing processes
- Conduct Safety & Security meetings, deliver safety training, and maintain compliance with safety regulations
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
- Be available to work flexible schedules across various shifts
