Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management or supply chain operations
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards
- Experience in managing third-party logistics providers
- Understanding of international shipping and banking documents
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve operational challenges efficiently
- Proficiency with logistics software and data analysis tools

Job Duties
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies
- Manage third-party logistics providers and negotiate contracts to meet service level agreements
- Proactively address and resolve operational disruptions, delays, or challenges
- Handle freight exceptions management including delays, carrier mistakes, and cancellations
- Execute ocean freight booking including quotation and lead time management
- Investigate and resolve complaints linked to logistics and claims
- Prepare, manage, and track cost analysis and cost savings initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams including procurement, inventory management, customer service, and sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners including carriers, customs brokers, and suppliers
- Act as the primary logistics contact for regional stakeholders ensuring alignment on goals and initiatives
- Support and act as Americas Logistics Manager back-up
- Optimize distribution networks, transportation routes, and warehouse operations to minimize costs and improve efficiency
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement
