Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or related field
- Minimum eight years related experience, including at least three years in leadership or project lead roles
- Or master’s degree with minimum five years related experience including one year in supervisory or lead roles
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with materials management software such as Lawson or Manhattan Associates
- Ability to work full time Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or related field with at least eight years of progressively responsible supply chain logistics experience including three years in leadership roles
- Or a master’s degree in Business Administration, Health Science, or related field with at least five years of relevant experience including one year in a lead or supervisory role
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience
- Computer competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in materials management software such as Lawson or Manhattan Associates
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Relevant certifications such as CMRP, LEAN Six Sigma, or APICS preferred
Job Duties
- Lead cross functional teams and provide consultative support on complex logistics issues across Mayo Clinic
- Manage overall operations performance including direct customer relations, IT input, quality, and security
- Plan and execute supply chain management best practices utilizing LEAN Six Sigma principles
- Oversee inventory control, shipping, storage, receiving, distribution, transportation, warehousing, and data management
- Ensure 3PL provider meets performance metrics, service-level agreements, and cost expectations
- Negotiate contract terms, renewals, and logistics service improvements
- Monitor daily warehouse activities and coordinate with inventory management
- Analyze KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support technology upgrades such as WMS
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, procurement, and customer service teams
- Provide training and feedback to warehouse staff
- Represent warehouse concerns in operational strategy meetings
