Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in customer support or logistics coordination
- strong communication and organizational skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and phone etiquette
- ability to work on-site five days a week in Tempe, AZ
- detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
Job Qualifications
- 1+ year of high-volume customer support experience, preferably in call centers
- strong job tenure and problem-solving skills
- experience in retail customer service from companies like SBUX or the restaurant industry
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel and keyboard shortcuts
- ability to multi-task and learn quickly
Job Duties
- act as remote gate agent for driver support using audio/video communication
- verify and identify specifications on trucks and processes
- coordinate and communicate updates daily to involved parties at warehouses, facilities, and distribution centers
- manage gate operations to allow onsite associates to focus on daily operations
- engage in clear communication with approximately 200 drivers daily
