Job Requirements

- Minimum of 1 year of high-volume call center or retail customer service experience
- Strong job tenure history

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer usage

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of high-volume call center customer support experience or strong retail customer service background
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and keyboard shortcuts
- Excellent phone etiquette and clear communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow detailed standard operating procedures
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Technically savvy with proficiency in computer usage
Job Duties
- Act as a remote gate agent supporting thousands of drivers nationwide using two-way audio and video communication
- Verify driver identity and necessary truck specifications according to process guidelines
- Coordinate and communicate updates to all parties involved in arrival, loading, unloading, and departure at warehouses and distribution centers
- Handle high-volume daily interaction of approximately 200 driver communications
- Follow standard operating procedures strictly while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced, high urgency environment
- Support onsite teams by managing gate operations remotely to allow onsite associates to focus on other operational tasks
