Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of logistics or capacity planning experience
- good interpersonal skills
- ability to perform complex tasks with judgment and initiative
- capable of passing federal, state, local, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and drug and alcohol tests
- ability to communicate effectively with peers, management, and customers
- willingness to work in a performance-driven, dynamic environment
Job Qualifications

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in logistics or capacity planning
- good interpersonal skills
- ability to analyze and monitor freight data
- strong communication and coordination skills
- experience with ARGUS or similar tracking systems preferred
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- familiarity with corporate logistics policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Receive requests for unscheduled movements and create ARGUS tracking records
- ensure accurate and timely input of data into ARGUS, tracking logs and reports, and spot purchase agreements for unscheduled movements
- monitor freight movement for data integrity, cost, and schedule compliance
- communicate changes in the scheduled network due to enacted contingencies
- complete corporate service and revenue audit and reports for specialty products
- identify problem shipments generating significant service failures or increased fleet cost and work with stations to find alternative routings or solutions
- coordinate non-fleet movement of freight on alternative carriers and monitor system's fronthaul/backhaul
- track and maintain information on non-fleet movements for daily recaps and reports
- monitor movement and performance of specialty products and report any problems
- receive orders from forwarders and complete the booking process
- serve as the central point of contact for customer inquiries and questions
