Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three years related experience and/or training
- Minimum two years aviation and/or parts/logistics operations experience
- Ability to operate a forklift and pass certification after OSHA training
- Regular scheduled attendance
- Ability to drive at night for on-call AOG requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to inventory management
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable and self-motivated
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Associates Degree preferred
- Minimum two years aviation and/or parts/logistics operations experience
- Ability to operate and pass forklift certification test
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to drive at night for AOG on-call requirements
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Team player with a professional attitude
- Proficiency in data entry
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Job Duties
- Picking, shipping, and receiving of parts, supplies, and special tools for support of field bases
- Processing Ramco-generated Material Movement Documents for aircraft parts, goods, and/or supplies
- Coordinating high priority shipments with carriers ensuring timely delivery
- Adhering to departmental budgets for office and shipping supplies and freight expenses
- Maintaining compliance with FAA, SOX, and DOD regulations and quality control standards
- Conducting scheduled cycle counts and audits of inventory
- Receiving and coordinating documentation for aircraft parts from vendors
- Driving for AOG part delivery to parcel sort centers, airports, or bases
- Entering data into Ramco Aviation Software Systems
- Performing inventory counts and bay maintenance
- Supporting Air Methods Safety Management System and 6S lean initiative for workplace organization and cleanliness
- Other duties as assigned
