Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- 1 year of transportation experience

- Experience in inventory management and supply chain is a plus

Job Duties
- Perform data entry and manage email correspondence with freight forwarding contacts
- Communicate updates with shipping personnel to ensure the correct pallets are staged for loading
- Receive and process paperwork, ensuring manifests are accurately checked for drivers
- Update MS Excel spreadsheets for approximately 50 trucks going out per day
- Maintain an order log for 10-30 pallets daily
- Manage intake and processing of paperwork for incoming and outgoing trucks
