Job Requirements
- high school diploma
- 1+ years of office and logistics experience preferred
- proficiency in MS Office including Excel and Word
- strong customer service skills
- freight forwarding experience
- ability to communicate effectively with airlines and overseas offices
- availability to work onsite Tuesday to Saturday, 8 am to 5 pm in Wood Dale, IL
- ability to maintain accurate data entry and handle email correspondence
Job Qualifications
- proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- experience with data entry and email communication
- strong customer service skills
- freight forwarding experience
- high school diploma
- 1+ years of office and logistics experience preferred
- bachelor's or associate's degree preferred
- experience in the logistics industry is a plus
- organized and self-starter
- ability to take initiative
Job Duties
- coordinate requests from airlines
- arrange export shipments with airlines
- communicate with overseas offices regarding shipments
- maintain constant communication with airlines to update shipment information
- input information accurately into Excel and manage email communications
