Job Requirements

  • high school diploma
  • 1+ years of office and logistics experience preferred
  • proficiency in MS Office including Excel and Word
  • strong customer service skills
  • freight forwarding experience
  • ability to communicate effectively with airlines and overseas offices
  • availability to work onsite Tuesday to Saturday, 8 am to 5 pm in Wood Dale, IL
  • ability to maintain accurate data entry and handle email correspondence

Job Qualifications

  • proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • experience with data entry and email communication
  • strong customer service skills
  • freight forwarding experience
  • high school diploma
  • 1+ years of office and logistics experience preferred
  • bachelor's or associate's degree preferred
  • experience in the logistics industry is a plus
  • organized and self-starter
  • ability to take initiative

Job Duties

  • coordinate requests from airlines
  • arrange export shipments with airlines
  • communicate with overseas offices regarding shipments
  • maintain constant communication with airlines to update shipment information
  • input information accurately into Excel and manage email communications
