- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Freight forwarding experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Organized and self-starter
- Ability to take initiative

Job Duties
- Coordinate requests from airlines
- Arrange export shipments with airlines
- Communicate with overseas offices regarding shipments
- Maintain constant communication with airlines to update shipment information
