Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 125 phone calls per day capability
- Ability to work full-time in-office in Glendale, CO
- Experience with carrier qualification preferred
- Willingness to perform occasional in-person visits
- Proficiency in using transportation management software and related tools
- Commitment to complete assigned training within deadlines

Job Duties
- Responsible for covering freight in defined zone and maintaining contact with driver throughout transit including pick-up and delivery
- Build strong relationships with key contacts to achieve full customer satisfaction
- Prioritize coverage accordingly, per freight in the system
- Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers
- Participates and provides expertise as a member of the carrier sales department team
- Responsible for updating Account Manager regarding any possible issues that may arise
- Initiates required action for response to Account Manager, request for order changes, and communicates to appropriate Manager or Salesperson
