Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 125 phone calls per day capability
  • Ability to work full-time in-office in Glendale, CO
  • Experience with carrier qualification preferred
  • Willingness to perform occasional in-person visits
  • Proficiency in using transportation management software and related tools
  • Commitment to complete assigned training within deadlines

Job Duties

  • Responsible for covering freight in defined zone and maintaining contact with driver throughout transit including pick-up and delivery
  • Build strong relationships with key contacts to achieve full customer satisfaction
  • Prioritize coverage accordingly, per freight in the system
  • Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers
  • Participates and provides expertise as a member of the carrier sales department team
  • Responsible for updating Account Manager regarding any possible issues that may arise
  • Initiates required action for response to Account Manager, request for order changes, and communicates to appropriate Manager or Salesperson
