Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum of one year work experience in a relevant field
- No previous leadership experience required but preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to travel overnight less than 10% of the time
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of presentation software

Job Duties
- Lead cross-functional projects and participate in team strategy discussions
- Partner with contact center on prospective rentals
- Complete daily pick-up confirmation calls
- Collaborate with sales team to assist with sales inquiries and equipment availability
- Coordinate with other locations to source fleet for jobs
- Plan and adjust delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet customer delivery requirements
- Manage dispute resolution process by analyzing issues and making recommendations
