Job Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook is a must
  • Comfortable working with logistics, supply chain operations, or transportation preferred

  • Team-oriented, but able to work independently and take initiative

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior administrative or logistics support experience strongly preferred
  • Experience in transportation, freight, or export documentation is a plus

Job Duties

  • Maintain daily communication with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient shipments
  • Assist in the negotiation and coordination of domestic and international freight rates
  • Process and review shipping and export documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Analyze inventory data and help manage stock levels across multiple U.S. yards
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to track logistics performance, costs, and inventory trends
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, vendors, and team members via Microsoft Outlook
  • Support dispatch operations as needed to ensure continuous workflow
  • Help identify and resolve shipment issues or delays with minimal supervision
  • Contribute to team projects, process improvements, and system upgrades
  • Manage administrative tasks related to logistics, vendor communication, and documentation
