Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior administrative or logistics support experience strongly preferred
- Experience in transportation, freight, or export documentation is a plus
Job Duties
- Maintain daily communication with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient shipments
- Assist in the negotiation and coordination of domestic and international freight rates
- Process and review shipping and export documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Analyze inventory data and help manage stock levels across multiple U.S. yards
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to track logistics performance, costs, and inventory trends
- Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, vendors, and team members via Microsoft Outlook
- Support dispatch operations as needed to ensure continuous workflow
- Help identify and resolve shipment issues or delays with minimal supervision
- Contribute to team projects, process improvements, and system upgrades
- Manage administrative tasks related to logistics, vendor communication, and documentation
