Job Duties

  • serve as SME for supplier integrations including onboarding new suppliers vendor API migrations and aggregator property selection for the client lodging program
  • support new partner setup including activation forms profile setup channel activation revenue configuration and third party oversight
  • drive discussions to understand project intent assess impacts and provide actionable recommendations
  • engage with the client to understand and implement their sourcing strategy
  • provide input on new implementations that may affect or be affected by the global lodging strategy and roadmap
  • manage distribution agreements and monitor compliance with distribution terms
  • provide escalation support for challenges raised by account management and product teams
