Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- minimum 3 years experience in spa or wellness center management
- strong leadership and team management skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- effective communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage budgets and financial reports
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- coachable and willing to learn
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- commitment to excellent customer service and client satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- Experience managing a massage spa or wellness center preferred
- experience managing a team including training, schedules, accountability, and corrective action
- demonstrated leadership focused on cultivating a positive team culture
- working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Office 365 products
- base knowledge of business financials and budgeting
- experience with or ability to learn Meevo booking software
- hard working and coachable with a desire for growth and learning
- impeccable attention to detail
- professional demeanor and appearance with the ability to make work fun
- strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and problem solve calmly under pressure
- solution oriented and self-driven with a take-charge attitude

Job Duties
- Hiring, onboarding and training
- managing massage therapists and concierge/front desk team including accountability, disciplinary actions, scheduling, and rewards
- cultivating and growing support leadership team
- building new location through community networking and business-to-business partnerships
- coaching, training and mentoring staff
- managing location supply, equipment, and ordering
- working with location budgets and reporting spreadsheets
- working with team to meet location sales, staff and client goals
- inventory tracking and product merchandising
- managing client schedule and maximizing daily utilization
- maintaining immaculate spa appearance and ambiance including interior and exterior spaces
- ensuring accurate cash management and handling sensitive information
- handling client and customer service issues swiftly
- executing internal marketing initiatives
