This role is designed for non-CDL independent contractors who own, rent, or lease a 26-foot box truck equipped with a liftgate, ideal for appliance delivery and installation services. The position involves local deliveries with the significant advantage of being home daily, offering work-life balance that is often hard to find in the transportation industry. Independent contractors paired with a driver helper operate as a team to deliver and install appliances such as refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, washers, and dryers directly to customers' homes. The contractors are compensated on a per-truck basis with gross weekly earnings ranging approximately from $2,500 to $4,000 or more, depending on location and performance. Pay is processed weekly via direct deposit, with easy access to online settlements for payment transparency and tracking.

The role is an excellent opportunity for experienced appliance installers or those willing to learn the trade, combining driving with hands-on installation work. Contractors must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record, hold an active MC Operating Authority and DOT number with FMCSA (or be willing to obtain these), and possess a personal set of tools. The job requires the ability to follow complex installation instructions according to manufacturer specifications and to maneuver appliances safely using appropriate equipment and teamwork.
