Beyond competitive pay and a favorable schedule, CLI Transport provides a comprehensive benefits package that supports the health, financial security, and career progression of its drivers. Benefits include paid time off, 100% paid parental leave, 401k matching, employee stock ownership, tuition reimbursement, full medical, vision, and dental coverage, quarterly bonuses, and discount programs. These benefits reflect CLI Transport's dedication to fostering a supportive and rewarding work environment and its recognition of drivers as indispensable team members.

Joining CLI Transport means becoming part of a diverse and inclusive workplace that values the contributions of all employees.
