Job Description

CLI Transport, LP has been a leader in the petroleum transportation industry since its establishment in 1993. Specializing as a dedicated petroleum transporter for Sheetz, a well-known convenience store chain, CLI Transport has built a reputation for reliability, safety, and excellence. The company operates across a seven-state footprint, with multiple strategically placed locations that service all Sheetz stores, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of petroleum products. With a fleet of 130 state-of-the-art tanker trucks, CLI Transport delivers more than 2 billion gallons of petroleum products annually, making it a vital partner in the energy supply chain. CLI Transport's commitment to safety, diversity, and employee well-being has earned it recognition as a best employer for diversity and inclusion. The company values professional integrity, safe driving records, and teamwork, fostering a supportive and dynamic work environment for its employees.

The Local Truck Driver role at CLI Transport offers a highly attractive employment opportunity for those looking to combine competitive compensation with a healthy work-life balance. Starting at an impressive hourly rate of $42.50, drivers enjoy the benefit of returning home daily, avoiding the hardships often associated with long-haul trucking. The position features a 4-day workweek, which is considerably more accommodating than traditional schedules, helping drivers maintain personal commitments outside of work. Additionally, the role requires candidates to have or be willing to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, ensuring compliance with transportation safety regulations. This position is based in Toledo, Ohio, and candidates are expected to live within approximately an hour and fifteen-minute commute to facilitate daily return home.

CLI Transport provides an excellent benefits package that further enhances the appeal of this role. Benefits include three weeks of paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, 100% paid parental leave, competitive salaries, a 401k match program, employee stock ownership, tuition reimbursement, full medical, dental, and vision coverage, quarterly bonuses, and discounts on snacks. These benefits reflect the company's dedication to supporting its employees both professionally and personally. Working as a Local Truck Driver at CLI Transport is not just a job—it is a career with growth prospects, financial rewards, and a supportive community. This role is ideal for experienced CDL-A truck drivers with at least four years of tractor-trailer experience and 260,000 verifiable miles. If you are safety-conscious, dedicated, and ready to join a dynamic team making Sheetz happen on the road, CLI Transport awaits your application.
