The Local Store Marketing Coordinator position at Golden Corral plays a crucial role in driving sales and increasing guest counts by promoting the restaurant both inside the location and in the surrounding community. This part-time or full-time role requires someone who is energetic, outgoing, and passionate about marketing and customer engagement. The Local Store Marketing Coordinator works closely with the General Manager to implement marketing programs, support national promotions, and maintain consistent communication within the team to ensure all marketing efforts align with corporate goals.
The successful candidate will undergo Fast Tracks Marketing Expert training and must complete the training checklist and pass the required test to excel in this position. Responsibilities include supporting local marketing program implementations such as group sales through the Motor Coach program, gaining approval from the General Manager for all marketing plans, and ensuring that each initiative is thoroughly executed. Additionally, the role involves regular analysis of the restaurant's market position and evaluation of past marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement.
Administrative duties are also a key component of this position, encompassing the maintenance of tracking reports and weekly submissions to management. This ensures transparency and enables data-driven decision-making to optimize marketing strategies. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to complete Fast Tracks Marketing Expert training and pass training test
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Support execution of national marketing efforts and reinforce national promotions with local store marketing activities
- Support Motor Coach program and activities involved in increasing restaurant involvement
- Obtain approval for all marketing plans from the General Manager
- Follow through on all details of the marketing programs
- Analyze the restaurant's current business position in the market with the General Manager
- Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the restaurant's current local store marketing programs
- Evaluate the success of each program with the General Manager upon completion to improve future campaigns
- Complete tracking reports and submit to General Manager on a weekly basis
