The company is currently seeking a part-time local manager based in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role is crucial to supporting 4Stay’s operations on the ground and ensuring a seamless experience for students utilizing the housing services. The position requires dedication to managing property operations and fostering positive relationships between students, housing providers, and the 4Stay team. It is a part-time role with a contract requiring 40 hours per month, ideal for someone who has a flexible schedule and can be available on weekends. The start date for this position is as soon as possible.

As the local manager, you will serve as 4Stay's on-site representative in Honolulu, overseeing and supporting all local property operations. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring all procedures and timelines are adhered to and daily communication with the remote team to provide updates about operations. You will conduct property tours and student orientations using company-provided materials, paying close attention to detail and gathering feedback for continuous improvement. Regular inspections of apartments to monitor condition and maintenance needs are vital to maintaining the quality of the housing options offered by 4Stay. In cases of emergencies or urgent concerns, you will be responsible for quickly addressing and resolving issues within 24 hours or less based on severity.

Beyond the primary duties, the role includes various secondary responsibilities such as maintaining professional relationships with clients, students, coordinators, and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery. You will support community setup activities, including conducting premises inspections, assisting with furniture procurement, and coordinating utility installations. Move-out inspections and oversight of cleanliness prior to key turnover are also essential tasks to guarantee a positive experience for all parties involved.
