Job Description
Water Lantern Festival is a community-focused event that brings people together to celebrate creativity, connection, and hope through the beauty of lantern-lit waters. They are currently seeking dedicated Local Event Staff to join their core team in Little Rock, AR.
Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must live in or near the event area
- Prior experience in event support, customer service, or team coordination preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Basic problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Complete availability on event weekends
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn with a team-oriented mindset.
