Job Requirements

- 3-5 years of live event experience
- Experience in marketing and sponsorship sales

- Experience in live event curation, production, and promotion
- Proven ability to sell event sponsorships or marketing activations

- Exceptional communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team

- Professionalism and ownership in managing events
Job Duties
- Strengthen Sofar’s brand in local community by promoting and selling tickets
- Create and execute city strategy including monthly shows, neighborhoods, and themes
- Lead curation and booking of diverse artists and venues
- Own staffing and quality assurance for shows
- Manage financial performance of local events
- Build relationships with local businesses for sponsorships and private events
- Identify and collaborate with local organizations for co-promotion and community growth
- Collaborate with other local leaders to grow city presence
- Support business partnerships and global communities teams with event curation and operation
