Local Delivery Driver (CDL A or B)

The Local Delivery Driver position is full-time and vital to Linde’s mission of outstanding customer service and operational excellence. This role involves the safe and efficient delivery of compressed gas cylinders, hard goods, and associated products along computer-generated local routes. Drivers are responsible for making 10-12 daily stops, interacting with customers professionally and courteously, while ensuring all deliveries are handled with precision and care. The job is physically active, requiring loading and unloading at client sites with an emphasis on safety and compliance with Department of Transportation regulations.

Compensation for this role ranges from $29.50 to $32.00 per hour depending on experience. Ideal candidates will have a valid CDL class A or B license, preferably with a Hazmat endorsement or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire. A minimum of two years of consecutive driving experience or recent completion of a truck driving school certification is required. Candidates must have no preventable accidents or moving violations in the past two years, pass a DOT physical, and be capable of safely handling and lifting up to 75 pounds. High school diploma or GED and the ability to read and write English are mandatory, with a minimum age requirement of 21 years.
