Job Requirements
- 21 years or older
- pass the DOT drug test and DOT physical
- valid U.S. CDL with non-excepted interstate status (if applicable)
- physical ability to lift 20-45 pounds repeatedly and push/pull 40-150 pounds occasionally
- ability to squat, bend, and reach for merchandising tasks
- must undergo pre-employment background check and drug screening
- comply with all DOT regulations
- availability to work Wednesday through Saturday shifts
Job Qualifications
- valid U.S. CDL with non-excepted interstate status (if applicable)
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- experience operating trucks and adhering to DOT regulations
- knowledge of merchandising products including rotation and display setups
- familiarity with using equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks
- strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- ability to read and maintain documentation for DOT compliance
Job Duties
- deliver product and execute all promotions
- service all scheduled customers by the end of shift
- merchandise all accounts to local standards
- establish positive working relationships with primary contact at each account
- drive delivery vehicle safely and efficiently
- unload pallets of product and stock shelves
- generate invoices and manage daily cash and charge settlements
