We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Driver Merchandiser to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This full-time role requires working Monday through Friday, beginning early in the morning at 5:30 AM until the assigned route is completed. The Driver Merchandiser will be an essential part of the company’s operations by transporting and replenishing beverage products within local routes. This position offers a starting pay ranging from $23.28 to $28.91 per hour based on experience, with additional earning opportunities such as performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

The role centers around being a brand ambassador and the face of Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in local communities. Drivers are tasked with ensuring that the products reach customers efficiently and that the beverage displays are well-stocked and visually appealing according to company standards. Individuals in this role take pride in their responsibility for maintaining accuracy and safety during loading and delivery, managing customer interactions, and protecting company assets. The role demands physical stamina as it includes handling products weighing up to 50 pounds and requires adherence to regulatory and company policies.
