They must also verify delivery details with customers, manage discrepancies, and perform pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations and Sysco’s policies. FreshPoint emphasizes safety, accuracy, and excellent customer service, expecting drivers to be professional, reliable, and proactive in resolving any issues while maintaining positive customer relationships.

FreshPoint provides its employees with ongoing training, including job skills enhancement and leadership development programs, as well as comprehensive healthcare coverage effective shortly after hire. The company promotes from within, offering significant career advancement opportunities for motivated individuals. Additional benefits include paid vacation and holidays, retirement plans, employee recognition programs, referral bonuses, and various discount offerings.
