Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Availability to work one weekday night and all weekend shifts
- Ability to stand for 6 or more hours per shift
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Reliable transportation
- Punctual and presentable in uniform
- English language proficiency
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year customer service experience preferably in hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha and Micros
- Team player attitude
- Ability to engage guests with positive small talk
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the facility
- Direct guests to appropriate locations within the venue
- Maintain an organized and neat front-of-house environment including coat check
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Re-stock supplies and menus in the sales office
- Work closely with management to manage customer flow and seating arrangements
