Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in guest service or hospitality preferred
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to luggage handling
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Background check clearance including Motor Vehicle Report
Job Qualifications
- Previous luxury full service front office or guest service experience in a similar setting
- Refined oral and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to various situations and display empathy
- Energetic personality with a drive to connect with others
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- Willingness to undergo background check including Motor Vehicle Report
Job Duties
- Provide a genuine welcome experience to participants upon arrival
- Manage check-in and checkout processes including printing and delivering badges
- Efficiently handle participant luggage
- Deliver badges and amenities to guest rooms as needed
- Oversee valet parking operations and operate company vehicle
- Manage The Store operations including sales and month-end inventory
- Maintain a thorough understanding of facility to answer participant inquiries
- Work closely with housekeeping team to ensure seamless guestroom experience
- Oversee PBX operations including handling incoming calls and participant guidance over phone
