As a Team Member at Tacotote, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for our guests. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that guests feel valued and comfortable using the qualities in T.A.C.O.S., maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area, and keeping the salsa bar fully stocked. This position requires individuals who are detail-oriented, friendly by nature, and able to perform various cleaning and stocking duties to uphold Tacotote's high standards. This job offers both full-time and part-time employment opportunities, with starting pay at $11.00 per hour plus tips. Scheduling includes the need for weekend availability, holidays, and the possibility of overtime. Team Members will benefit from a flexible schedule, employee discounts, and other company benefits. This position requires the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting items up to 70 pounds, standing for long periods, frequent hand washing, and handling cleaning and sanitation supplies. Eligibility to work in the U.S. is required, including an E-Verify check and a mandatory food handler's card.
