We are currently seeking a part-time Concierge Officer to join our team in Casa Grande, AZ, working graveyard shifts from Saturday to Monday with a competitive wage of $19.00 per hour. This role is ideal for individuals considering a career in security and those who are customer service-oriented. As a Concierge Officer, you will be the frontline representative responsible for maintaining security, managing access control, conducting patrols, and handling various security-related issues. You will engage frequently with clients' employees and guests, ensuring a secure and professional environment.

Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma, GED, or ability to complete the GED program within 6 months
Standard computer/technology skills needed
Customer service background preferred
Security, law enforcement, or military experience a plus
Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner
Must have great attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift
Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment and use appropriate escalation
Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background investigation

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or ability to complete GED program within 6 months
Customer service background preferred
Security, law enforcement, or military experience a plus

Job Duties

Conflict resolution and de-escalation
Perform access control at security entrances/exits
Conduct patrols inside/outside the client's premises
Frequent interactions with client employees and guests
Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity
Provide detailed written reports
Work in a team environment to ensure site/organizational goals are achieved daily
